Cheesecake baked with biscuits

  • 🧁 Ingredients:

    • 12 biscuits

    • 1 kg Président bucket cheese

    • 6 eggs

    • 2 packets of cream pudding mix

    • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

    • ¾ cup oil

    • 1½ cups powdered milk

    • 1½ cups cold milk

    • Juice of ½ lemon

    • ¾ cup sugar

    👩‍🍳 Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, place the bucket cheese. Add the egg yolks, cream pudding mix, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
