Homemade Banana Sweet with 4 Ingredients

Ingredients (Makes 8-10 pieces)

Overripe bananas, mashed 3
Granulated sugar (or coconut sugar) 1 cup (200 g)
Coconut milk (or whole milk) ½ cup (120 ml)
Butter or ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions
Mash the Bananas
Peel and mash the overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few small lumps for texture.
Cook the Mixture
In a non-stick pan, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir well.
Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Add the Butter
Stir in the butter or ghee and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
Remove from heat.
