Ingredients
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the steak bites and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked to your liking, about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce to coat. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley right before serving. If you like a bit of heat, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. For a different protein option, chicken breast or shrimp can be substituted for the steak. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly to ensure they are cooked through.
